Your library account number or PIN
You can join NYCC libraries online here. The library service will email you a temporary code, but you’ll need to contact them on 01609 533878 or email libraries@northyorks.gov.uk for a permanent library card and PIN number, which will allow you access to all of the wonderful online resources!

Volunteer to help vulnerable people during Coronavirus outbreak
If you can help, please call Thirsk Community Works on 01845 524494 or 523115 to make an appointment to register as a volunteer. They will need you to come into one of our building to provide details and documentation so we can carry out a DBS check.
