  The opening event took place in the library on 1st April. The library was opened by the Mayor of Thirsk. Our thanks go to all those who made this event a success especially the Yarnbombers who decorated the library in their own unique way (see slideshow).

By the time the next training block finishes on the 8th March over 40 volunteers will have completed the practical training.  The practical training also provided the opportunity to meet fellow volunteers.
